Bedner, 90, of Elmfield Street, West Hartford, wife of the late Frank Bedner, died Tuesday, May 15, 2001, at Mercy Hospital in Springfield. Antoinette was born in Luzerne, Pa., and had lived in West Hartford for many years. She was a longtime communicant of St. Brigid Church in West Hartford and will be remembered as a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Antoinette is survived by her son, David, and his wife, Dianne Bedner, of Enfield; she also leaves five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to gather at 9 a.m. Friday, May 18, for a Mass of Christian Burial. Committal services will follow at the State Veterans Cemetery in Middletown. There are no calling hours. Leete-Stevens Enfield Chapels, 61 South Road, Enfield, has been entrusted with the arrangements. Memorial donations may be made in her name to the American Heart Association Connecticut Affiliate Inc., 5 Brookside Drive, Box 5022, Wallingford, CT 06492-7522 or to the American Lung Association, 45 Ash St., East Hartford, CT 06108-3272. *********************************************** Copyright.
