FLORITTA

Sister Mary Floritta (Bronislwa Biedron), 89, of Enfield, died Tuesday, May 8, 2001, 

at Holy Family Infirmary, Enfield.

Sister was born in Lowell, Mass., on Sept. 6, 1911, daughter of the late Francis and Anna 

(Waclaw) Biedron, one of eight children. 

Sister was a member of the Felician Sisters for 73 years. Sister taught and was principal 

in schools staffed by the Felician Sisters in New England and New York.

A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, May 10, at Our Lady of 

Angels Chapel, Enfield.

Calling hours are from 1 to 4:30 p.m. today, May 9, at Our Lady of the Angels Convent. 

Transportation of Sister's body to the Convent Chapel will take place at 4:30 p.m., 

followed by Evening Prayer.

Memorials may be sent to Felician Sisters Retirement Fund, 1315 Enfield St., 

Enfield, CT 06082-4929.
