Born in Henry, W.Va., Oct. 2, 1915, daughter of the late Gaetano and Carmella (Tucci) Quicquaro, she had resided for 15 years in Argentina and settled in New Britain for 31 years before moving to Manchester in 1998. She was a former communicant of St. Ann Church in New Britain, attended St. James Church in Manchester, and participated with the lady crafters. Mrs. Cutrone is survived by four daughters and two sons-in-law, Josephine Evanglista of Plainville, Archangela M. D'Amato of Manchester, Carmen and Putnan Smith of Loganville, Ga., and Maria C. and Fred Schaffer of Plainfield, Ill.; two brothers, Carlo Quicquaro of New Britain and Nick Quicquaro of New Jersey; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a sister, Maria Fracasso; and two sons-in-law, Mario Evanglista and James F. D'Amato. The funeral service will be at 9 a.m. Thursday, June 28, at Holmes Funeral Home, 400 Main St., Manchester, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at St. James Church, 896 Main St., Manchester. Burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery, New Britain. Family and friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, June 27, at the funeral home.
