It is always best to consult the original material for verification. ************************************************************************ ***************************************************************************** DWIGHT Robert Elliot Dwight, beloved husband of Jeanne (Corbin), passed away peacefully, Wednesday, April 4, 2001, in Tignall, Ga. He was born in Springfield on Oct. 5, 1926, son of Robert Nelson Dwight and Glenna Alberta Elliott. He lived most of his life in Springfield, and moved to Enfield in 1971. A retired machinist from Hamilton Standard of 32 years, he moved to Georgia and enjoyed his retirement with his wife and two dogs. He also enjoyed spending time boating, traveling, and above all, reading. He is survived by his six children, Robert Michael and Kathy of Manchester, Carrie and Tom of Broad Brook, Kathi and Wayne of East Windsor, Tim and Carola of Copperas Cove, Texas, Mark and Debbie of South Hadley, Mass., and Elaine and Ralph of Ludlow, Mass.; nine grandchildren, Kalyn, Lynn, Kevin, Michelle, Jessica, James, Stephanie, Jennifer, and Robert; and his one great-grandchild, Lauren. A family memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 5, at the Lutheran Church of Our Savior, South Hadley, Mass.
