Dutton, 66, of South Windsor, widow of Theodore F. Dutton Jr., died Sunday, June 17, 2001, at home. Born in Hudson, N.Y., on Sept. 18, 1934, to the late Alois and Katherina (Moser) Buerk, she had lived in South Windsor for the past 43 years. Before retiring, she was employed by the Newberry Agency of South Windsor, and prior to that for the former Dube Agency of South Windsor. She was a parishioner of St. Margaret Mary Church, South Windsor. Mary was a devoted mother and grandmother, and she leaves three sons and daughters-in-law, David and Jill Dutton of South Windsor, Brian and Julie Dutton of Manchester, and Douglas and Kim Dutton of Ronkonkoma, Long Island, N.Y.; a brother and sister-in-law, Joseph and Louise Buerk of Vernon; seven grandchildren, Christopher, Erin, Jaclyn, Hillary, Kevin, Brady, and Darren; two sisters-in-law, Louise Hapeman of Rochester, N.Y., and Dorothy Scott of Wausau, Wis.; an aunt and her husband, Nancy and Herman Rumke of Germantown, N.Y.; and several nieces and nephews. Family and friends may gather at 8:30 a.m. Thursday, June 21, at the Samsel & Carmon Funeral Home, 419 Buckland Road, South Windsor, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m. in St. Margaret Mary Church, South Windsor. Burial will be private in Wapping Cemetery, South Windsor. Her family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, June 20, at the funeral home.
