Born in Windsor Locks, she lived in the Suffield-Windsor Locks area all of her life. She leaves a son, Douglas F. Grabowski of Old Saybrook; a daughter, Julie Ann Stetser of New Mexico; a brother, Walter Shykula of Windsor; two sisters, Anna Janik of Windsor Locks and Mary Field of Windsor; and three grandchildren, David, Dennis, and Kimberly Grabowski. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, May 4, at Carmon Windsor Funeral Home, 807 Bloomfield Ave., Windsor. There are no calling hours.
