Green, died Thursday, April 12, 2001, at Ingraham Manor, Bristol. Mrs. Green was born Feb. 8, 1913, in Southbury. She was the daughter of the late Jacob and Genevieve (Matula) Prucnal, and had been a Terryville resident for more than 60 years. Prior to her retirement she was employed by McCrory's in Bristol, Meriden, and Naugatuck Valley Mall. She was a communicant of St. Casimir Church, Terryville, a charter member of the Women's Guild of the church, and a former member of the Terryville-Plymouth Senior Citizens. She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Irene Green of Terryville; a daughter and son-in-law, Carolyn and Charles Blouin of Rockville; seven grandchildren, Anne Starr and her husband, Tim, John Blouin and his wife, Allison, Mary Ruth Blouin, Paul Blouin, Robert Green Jr., Richard Green, and Joseph Green; and three great-grandchildren, Hannah Starr, Mary Catherine Blouin, and Thalia Blouin. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, April 16, at Scott Funeral Home, 169 Main St., Terryville, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 a.m. at St. Casimir Church. Burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery, Terryville. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday, April 15, at the funeral home.
