Johndrow, 84, of Rockville, beloved wife of the late Ernest Johndrow, died Thursday, May 24, 2001, at Rockville General Hospital. Born in Rockville, she was the daughter of the late John and Mary (Szynal) Gasiewski and lived in the area all her life. She was a retired inspector from Amerbelle Mill Co., Rockville, after many years of service. She was a communicant of St. Bernard Church, Rockville, and an honorary member of the St. Bernard Women's Guild. She was an avid pinochle player and a member of the Rockville Senior Center. She is survived by a daughter, Shirley Wysocki and her husband, Joseph, of Rockville; a son, Ernest Johndrow and his wife, Patricia, of Palm Beach City, Fla.; three grandchildren, Steven Wysocki of Rockville, Christopher Johndrow and his wife, Jen, and Mandi Johndrow; and a great-grandson, Kyle Johndrow, all of Palm Beach City; a brother-in-law, Wallace Johndrow and his wife, Hazel, of Rockville; a great-niece; and several nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, June 5, at St. Bernard Church, 25 St. Bernard Terrace, Rockville. Burial will follow in St. Bernard Cemetery, Rockville. There are no calling hours. The Ladd-Turkington Funeral Home, Vernon, has charge of arrangements.
