She was the wife of the late Henry A. Kowalczyk, who died in 1988. Doris was a communicant of Holy Family Church, Enfield. She is survived by a son, Wayne Kowalczyk of Windsor; a daughter, Diane Massaro of Enfield; two brothers, Robert Dubord of Wilbraham, Mass., and Norman Dubord of Edgewater, Fla.; two sisters, Irene Stone of Enfield and Olivette McDonnell of Uncasville; four grandchildren, Jennifer, Christopher, Lynn, and Jill; two great-grandchildren, Emily and Lauren; and several nieces and nephews. Besides her husband, Doris was predeceased by her brother, John Dubord. A funeral service will be held at 9:15 a.m. Monday, April 16, at Leete-Stevens Enfield Chapels, 61 South Road, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at Holy Family Church. Burial will be in Enfield Street Cemetery. Doris' family will receive relatives and friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, April 15, at the funeral home.
