He was the widow of Elizabeth Kayser Kristoff. He was born in Austria and lived here most of his life. He was a printer and later a supervisor at Cheney Bros. He was a veteran of the 1916 Mexican border conflict and World War I. He leaves three sons, MArk Kristoff of Waterford, Raymond Kristoff of Hebron and Carl Kristoff of Madison; three daughters, Miriam Vallieres of Manchester, Clare Adamson of Washington State and Beatrice Palmer of Groton, Mass.; a sister, Mary Balkus of Glastonbury; and several grandchildren. The funeral will be Monday at 8:15 a.m. at Tierney Funeral Home, 219 W. Center St., and 9 a.m. at St. James Church. Burial will be in St. James Cemetery.
