Born in Chicopee, Mass., she had lived in Manchester for over 50 years. Albina was formerly employed at the Roosevelt Mills, and was a former member of the Ladies of St. James. She was the widow of Kenneth A. Lewis. She is survived by her two sons and daughters-in-law, Kenneth and Laura Lewis of South Windsor, and David and Ilona Szetela of Flanders, N.J.; her daughter and son-in-law, Carol and William O'Hara, of Tolland; four grandchildren, Sean and Bryan O'Hara, and Gregory and Elaine Szetela; and two great-grandchildren, Kreg and Ryan O'Hara. A Mass of Resurrection will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday at St. James Church, with burial in St. James Cemetery. There are no calling hours. Memorial donations may be made to the Hospice program of the Visiting Nurse and Health Services of CT, 8 Keynote Drive, Vernon, CT 06066. The John F.
