LaGrange The funeral of Edward Meddie LaGrange, who died late Sunday night in the home of his daughter, Mrs. Edward Dubish, 5 Main Street, after a short illness, was conducted this morning from the home of his son, Frederick LaGrange, 63 Asnuntuck Street. A solemn requiem high mass was celebrated in St. Patrick's Church at 9 o'clock. Mr. LaGrange was born in St. Margaret, Canada, and came to this country 70 years ago. He had resided in Thompsonville for 36 years. He was a member of the Franco-American Society and the Holy Name Society of St. Patrick's Church. He is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Dubish, Mrs. Frederick Cormier and Mrs. Thomas Mahon, of Thompsonville, six sons, Arthur with the Ninth Army in Germany, Edward of Hazardville, William, Frederick, Walter and Albert of this town; 25 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; one brother, Charles, of Thompsonville; three sisters, Mrs. Evelia Crepeau of Chicopee, Mrs. Leda Valliere of Chicopee Falls and Miss Elmire LaGrange of Thompsonville. *********************************************** Copyright.
