LaGrange Walter J. LaGrange, 72, of 74 Cherry St., Springfield, formerly of Enfield, died March 6, at an Enfield convalescent home. He was born in North Hudson, N.Y., and formerly lived in Enfield, moving to Springfield 11 years ago. He was employed as a machinist at the former Bigelow-Sanford Co. of Enfield for 25 years, retiring in 1970. He leaves two step-sons, William Braman of Westfiled, Mass., and Albert Deviou of Tampa, Fla.; two step-daughters, Mrs. Gladys Whitney of Sherman, Tex., and Mrs. Margaret Marceau of Springfield; five brothers, William, Frederick and Albert LaGrange, all of Enfield, Edward LaGrange of Crown Point, N.Y., and Arthur LaGrange of Agawam, Mass.; one sister, Mrs. Ruth Mahon of St. Petersburg, Fla.; and five grandchildren. The funeral was March 9 from Leete Funeral Hime and St. Patrick's Church with burial in Oak Grove Cemetery, Springfield. *********************************************** Copyright.
