MILIKOWSKI

Jeanne R. Milikowski, 71, of Chestnut Hill Road, Stafford Springs, passed on Tuesday, 
May 29, 2001, at Hartford Hospital, Hartford, with her loving family at her side. She 
was the widow of the late William H. Milikowski, who died Dec. 5, 1999.

Jeanne was born in Hartford and raised in Wethersfield, and was the daughter of the late 
Patrick William and Helen (Egan) Rice. She graduated from Mount St. Joseph Academy, West 
Hartford, and Bryant College, Providence, R.I. She was the owner of W.H. Milikowski Inc. 
and Chestnut Hill Farms, both of Stafford Springs. She was a member of St. Edward Parish 
and Court Isabella No. 785 Catholic Daughters of America.

Jeanne is survived by six children, Karen Ann Milikowski of Somers, Krista M. Silva and 
her husband, Anthony, of Palmer, Mass., Mark W. Milikowski and his wife, Robin, of Somers, 
Michael B. Milikowski and his wife, Joann, of Stafford, Mary E. Ferris and her husband, 
Anthony, of Stafford Springs, Karl J. Milikowski and his wife, Traci, of Stafford Springs; 
seven grandchildren, Stephen and Ellen Silva, Nicole and Patrick Milikowski, Katelyn and 
Jeffrey Ferris, and Emma Milikowski; several nieces, nephews, and cousins; and many dear 
friends. She was predeceased by a brother, William P. Rice.

A funeral service will be held at 9 a.m. Saturday, June 2, at Introvigne Funeral Home Inc., 
51 E. Main St., Stafford Springs, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at 
St. Edward Church, 55 High St., Stafford Springs. Burial will follow in Mount St. Benedict 
Cemetery, Bloomfield.

Calling hours will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, June 1, at the funeral home.
