He was the widower of the late Louise (Maflisoli) Pinatti. He was born in Windsor Locks and was a retired maintenance worker for Underwood Typewriter Co. William is survived by his beloved son and daughter-in-law, Bob and Lorraine Pinatti of Stafford Springs; two grandchildren and their spouses that he loved dearly, Michael and Laura Pinatti of Willington, Debra and Gary Salvatore of Florida; 5 great-grandchildren who he adored, Jeremy and Ryan Salvatore of Florida, Thomas, Sarah, and Lisa Pinatti of Willington. There are several nieces and nephews who will remember him for his sense of humor. His love of life and spirit shall live forever in the hearts of those who knew him. A funeral will be held Thursday, April 10, 2003, at 9 a.m. at Introvigne Funeral Home Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at St. Edward Church, High Street, Stafford Springs. Burial will be at the convenience of the family in St. Mary's Cemetery, Windsor Locks.
