Born Sept. 24, 1935, in Manchester, she was the daughter of the late John (Sam) Stevenson and Millie Hayden. She lived most of her life in the Manchester area. Prior to her retirement, she worked for the U.S. Department of Defense in St. Petersburg, Fla., and Boston, where she had many friends. Besides her husband, Janice is survived by two sons, William Tomlinson of Hagerstown, Md., and Raymond Sendra of Pinellas Park, Fla.; two daughters, Jean Eliot and Melissa Sendra of Tampa, Fla.; and seven grandchildren, Jessica and Ian of Ludlow, Vt., Kathleen, PJ, Amber, and Alicia of Tampa, and Tori of Pinellas Park; and two brothers and a sister, William Stevenson of Moss Point, Miss., and John Stevenson and Gail Stevenson-Dunlop, both of Manchester. She was predeceased by two daughters, Jill Hockman and Susan Biercuk.
