Antoni Piorkowski

Antoni Piorkowski, 89, of Field Road, Somers, died Aug. 21.  He was a resident of
Somers for 54 years.
He was the owner and operator of his own farm.  He was a communicant of All Saints 
Church of Somersville.
He leaves his widow, Mrs. Madeline (Drzyzga) Piorkowski; four sons, Bradley, Julian
and Joseph Percoski of Somers and Edward Percoski of Torrington; three daughters, 
Mrs. Rose Rajkowski and Mrs. Jennie Schuller, both of Somers and Mrs. Helen
Lowather of Norfolk, Va.; 22 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
The funeral was Aug. 23 at the Somers Funeral Home, with a liturgy of Christian burial
in All Saints Church.  Burial was in West Cemetery, Somers.
