Francis J. Riley

Francis J. Riley, 88, of 8 Rogers Lane, Enfield, for many years a resident of
Springfield, died March 4 in Wesson Memorial Hospital.
Born in Providence, R.I., he lived in Springfield most of his life.  He was a
retired mail handler for New York Central Railroad.
He leaves two sons, Francis J. Riley Jr of Boise, Idaho, and Ronald Riley of
Holyoke; three daughters, Mrs. Lenore Smith of Springfield, Mrs. Barbara Haraty
of Springfield and Mrs. Joyce Elliss of Enfiled, with whom he lived; seven 
grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
The funeral was March 8 at Dickinson-Streeter Funeral Home, with burial
in Springfield Cemetery.
