(Wozniak) Ramsey Adele M. (Wozniak) Ramsey, 86, of Somers, entered into eternal life Saturday, April 21, 2001, at Evergreen Healthcare, Stafford Springs. Adele was born Dec. 18, 1914, in Enfield, the daughter of the late Stanislaw and Maryanna (Marus) Wozniak, and widow of George J. Ramsey Sr., who passed in 1986. She resided in Somers most of her life. Adele was formerly employed by Combustion Engineering/ABB of Windsor for 15 years and retired in 1980. Adele is survived by her beloved family, a son, George J. Ramsey Jr. and his wife, Bonnie; and a son, Dennis J. Ramsey, all of Somers; 12 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren, the pride and joy of her life. She also leaves a sister, Patricia Ladyga of New Jersey; and many nieces and nephews. Adele was predeceased by a son, John Ramsey in 1995; and three brothers, John Wynn, Matthew and Joseph Wozniak; and a sister, Stella Bruno. Adele's family will receive relatives and friends from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 25, at Browne Memorial Funeral Chapels, 43 Shaker Road, Enfield, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 a.m. at All Saints Church, Somersville. Committal service will be in St. Bernard Cemetery, Enfield.
