Mrs. Brigadier Frances J. Seaver, age 92, formerly of Manchester, died Sunday, 
April 6, 2003, at Sunrise Assisted Living in Mt. Laurel, N.J.

Born in Portsmouth, N.H., March 10, 1911, she had lived in Manchester since 1970, 
after retiring from 39 years as a Salvation Army Officer with the rank of brigadier. 

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Thomas and Christine Seaver of 
Cinnaminson, N.J.; two grandchildren, Thomas C. and Kristen B. Seaver; two sisters-in-law, 
Mrs. Florence Squibb of New York City and Mrs. Miriam Seaver of Kennebunk, Maine, and 
several nieces and nephews. 

Visiting hours are at the Ely Funeral Home, 3316 Route 33, Neptune, N.J., on Thursday 
from 9:30 a.m. until her funeral service at 10:30 a.m., followed by interment at the 
Monmouth Memorial Park Cemetery, Tinton Falls, N.J.
