John E. Stefaniak

John E. Stefaniak Sr., 64, of 441 Main St., East Hartford, formerly of
Enfield, was dead on arrival at Hartford Hospital after being stricken at 
work at Pratt and Whitney Division of United Aircraft Corp., East
Hartford, Dec. 18.  He was born in Holyoke and lived in Enfield most of his 
life, moving to East Hartford three and half years ago.  He leaves his wife,
Estelle (Narusewicz) Stefaniak; three sons, John E. Jr. and Robert D., both of
Enfield, and James F. of Warrenton, Ore.; a daughter, Mrs. Kenneth
Belisle of Enfield; one brother, Edward Gudaszewski of Holyoke, and one sister, 
Mrs. Frank Sypeck of Enfield.  The funeral was today at the Somers
Funeral Home, followed by a liturgy of Christian burial in St. Adalbert's
Church.  Burial in the Hazardville Cemetery.
