STARKE

Jennie Ida (Panciera) Starke, 96, of Vernon, beloved wife of the late Richard Max 
Starke, died Saturday, May 5, 2001, at Fox Hill Nursing Center.

Born in Stafford, she was the daughter of the late Peter and Angela (Talimini) Panciera. 
She was retired from the former Alden Mills Co. after many years of service. She was a 
member of the First Lutheran Church, Ellington.

She is survived by a son, Richard M. Starke and his wife, Donna, of Naples, Fla.; a sister, 
Victoria Flynn of East Hartford; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. She was 
predeceased by a daughter, Eleanor Kluck.

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, May 10, in Grove Hill Cemetery, Vernon.

There are no calling hours.

The Ladd-Turkington Funeral Home, Vernon, has charge of arrangements.

Donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
