 YOUNG

George G. Young, 53, of Redlands, Calif., formerly of Rockville, died Sunday, 
May 6, 2001, at the Veterans Hospital in Redlands.

He was born in Stafford Springs, April 16, 1948. George was a U.S. Marine Corps 
veteran who served in Vietnam.

He is survived by his ex-wife and very close friend, Sherry Young of Redlands; 
two daughters and a son, Christine Van Dyke and her husband, John, of Yuciapa, Calif., 
Brandie Beert and her husband, Mark, of Sleepyeye, Minn., George Young and his wife, 
Jodie, of Loma Linda, Calif.; four grandchildren, and one more on the way. He is also 
survived by his loving brothers and sisters, David Young and his wife, Patricia, of 
Rochester, N.H., Raymond Young and his wife, Wendy, of Stafford Springs, Terri O'Clair 
of Manchester, and Janet Lane of Gonic, N.H.; and many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces 
and great-nephews.
