DANA To all People to whome these presents shall come Greeting Know ye that I James Wilson of Lexington in the County of Middlesex in the province of massachusets lying in New England by and is moved and in consideration of two hundred pounds currant money of New England to me in had well and truly paid by Joseph Dana of Killingly in the county of New london in the colony of Conecticott in new England by ___ ____ in Receipt whereof I do by these presents acknowledge unto my sole satisfaction in and from any part and percel thereof do ____ as s_____ and for ever acquitt and exchange to him the sd Joseph Dana his heirs executors and assigns doo by these presents have given granted bargained sold aliened endorsed and confirmed and do by these presents give grant bargain sell aline endorse convey and confirm unto him the sd Joseph Dana two certain percels of land lying and being scituate in Killingly aforesd that is to say ye percel of land containing two hundred acres more or less and begining at a heap of stones in the southword corner and rung eastword butting on a highway to a brook and runing northery down to brook until it meets with the way that crosses sd brook and road coming from Killingly to Bolton and from thence to Easterey till it joins to the land of Jonathan Rews(?) and thence bounds northery on the land of michal folshaw to a stake and heap of stones being the folshaws corner and continues two _____ ______________ about one hundred perch and from thence bounds west by common until it joins to land of _anis Cady and then southery by land of sd _anis Cady and Comon land until it comes to corner or heap of stones first mentioned to make one 10 acre tract of land ___ and the four acres of land with the buildings which _ Dana bought of Samuel Convers begining at a white oak marked and runing easterly about sixty perch to the brook and then runing southerly by sd brook about thirty perch to a stake and a heap of stones and thence westerly to a stake and heap of stones about eight perch Southward of the house and from thence to the first corner to have and to hold the said percels of land with all the timber flora ____ fences edifices wood water ways joyments(?) and ___________ whatso ever with and the Right Commonage provilidges and appurtenances to the said belonging unto him the sd Joseph Dana his heirs executors and assigns and to his and their sole benifitt and behoofe for ever and of the sd James written above by convenant and engage that before and untill the sealing and signing of these presents I am the sole and proper owner of the above granted premises with each of the appurtenances and that I have in my self good right and power to confer authority to convey the same above sd land that the same are free and clear acquitted and charged of and from all other and former gifts grants bargains sales leases mortgages liens _____ and incumberances what so ever and that it shall and may be lawfull for him the said Joseph Dana his heirs and assigns to have hold use improve occupy _____ and enjoy the same peacably and quietly without the lawfull ____ pursuitt ______ Consideration to me the sd James Willson my heirs or assigns or any other person or persons by from or under me or my procurement ______ed all ways and upon C___lion _____ loss that if the sd James Willson his heirs or assigns or anyone or either of them shall will and freely pay or cause to be paid unto him the sd Joseph Dana his heirs assigns or lawfull attorney the full and just sum of two hundred pounds in currant money of new england of bills of creditt of the Collony of Conecticott aforesd at or before the twenty sixth Day of July anno Domini one thousand seven hundred and twenty and shall allso pay or cause to be paid in like money or bills of Creditt the lawfull intrust of said sum of two hundred pounds annually without fraud or delay that then this bargain and sale of the premises shall cause determine and be of now effect or else the sd James shall stand and remain in full forever any thing in these presents contained to the contrary not withstanding of unwittingly whereof I the sd James Willson have hereunto
