All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/ct/ctfiles.htm *********************************************** To all Christian people to whome these presents shall come Greeting Know ye that I James Wilson of Killingly in the county of New London in the colony of Connecticut in New England yeoman for and in consideration of the Love good will and affection which I have bare unto my well beloved son John of the same town and county above sd: Husbandman and For his advancement and settlement in the world and which together with what I have formerly advanced to him for that end is allway to be understood as his full and whole part and preportion of my estate: have given granted ;----- Bargaind Sold aliened conveyed and confirmed and by these presents Do fully freely and absolutely give grant bargain sell alien convey and confirm unto him my said son John Wilson his heirs & assigns for ever A certain tract or parcel of Land Lying in Killingly and containing by estimation fourty four acres and one hundred rods of Land as it is abutted abounded be the same more or less bounded as followeth; Begining at a white oak tree from thence Runing southerly one hundred and twenty rods to a white oak tree thence Runing easterly sixty rods to a cheasnut tree from thence runing northerly one hundred and twenty rods to a white oak tree from thence runing westerly sixty rods to the bounds first mentioned and is first Devision Land. To have and to hold the Land granted and bargained premises with all the appurtenances previlidges and commodities to the same belonging him any wise appurtaining to him my said son John Wilson his heirs and assigns forever to his and their only proper use benefit and behoof forever and I the said James Wilson the grantor for my self an heirs executors and administrators do covenant promis and grant to and with my said son John Wilson his heirs and assigns that before the ensealing hereof I am the true sole and Lawfull owner of the above granted premises and am Lawfully sized and possessed of the same in my own proper Right of a good perfect and absolute estate of inheritance In fee simple and have in full good right full power and Lawfull authority to grant Bargain sell convey and confirm said bargained premises in manner as above said and that my said son John Wilson his heirs and assigns Shall ____ may from time to time and at all times for ever hereafter by force and virtue of these presents peacably and quietly Have hold use occupie possess and injoy the said Demified and bargained premises with the appurtenances free and clear and freely and clearly acquited exonerate and discharged of from all and at manner of forme or other Gifts grants Bargains Sales Leases mortgages wills en____ joyntors Dowries and grants executions or Incumbrances of what name or nature forever that might in any measure or degree obstruct or make void this present Deed.
