Know all men by these presents that I John Willson of Coventry in the 
County of Windham and Coloney of Connciticut in New England for and 
in Consideration of ye Fatherly affection Love and Good Will that I 
Bear unto my son Francis Willson of sd Town County and Coloney above 
Said Do by these presents give Grant Convey and Confirm unto him my 
Said Son his Heirs assigns for ever on Certain peice or percel of Land 
Laying in ye Township of Coventry afforesaid and is part of ye farm 
that I Now Live upon and is bounded as followeth Begining at a Stake 
and Stones then to West ____ of the highway Between Noah Rusts Land 
and my own then Runing Westerly by Said Rusts Land about 60 Rods to a 
stake and Stones then Turning & Runing North by Sd Rusts Land 30 Rods 
to Capt Ebenezer Kingsbery Land then Runing by Said Kingsbery Land 
Westerly one hundred Rods to a stake and Stones then Runing Southerly 
by my Son William Land 30 Rods then turning & Runing Easterly about 60 
Rods to the aforeSaid highway then runing by said highway 30 Rods to the 
first mentioned Bounds and Contains and _____ 30 acres of Land To Have 
and to hold the Said Granted and Bargained premises With all the 
priviledges and appurtenances to Sd Willson belonging unto him the Sd 
Frances Wilson his heirs and assigns _____ and Improve from time to time 
ad at all times for Ever hereafter as a good Estate of Inheritence in fee 
Simple Furthermore I the Said John Willson Do for my Self my Heirs Exers 
Administrators __ Covenant and Engage to Warrent & Secure and Defend there 
Sd Premises unto him Said Frances Willson heirs and assigns against all 
Lawfull Claims and Demands of aney person or persons whatsoever for ever here 
after in Witnis Whereof I nave Set my hand and Seal this 17th day of 
February AD 1758 Signed Sealed and Delivered in presents of
