Know  all  men  by  these Presents That we moses Farnsworth anna Farnsworth
Elijah  Holebrook  abigail  Holebrook  &  Ruth Willson all of alsted in the
County  of  Cheshire & State of Newhamshire For and in Consideration of the
Sum  of Eighty Three pounds Lawfull Money to us in hand before the Delivery
hertfr  well and truly paid by our honred uncle william willson of Coventry
in  the  County of windham and State of Connecticut the Receipt where of we
do  hereby  acknowledge  have  given  granted  bargained  Sold and by these
Presents  Do  give  grant bargain Sell _____ ___________ Convey and Confirm
unto  the  Sd  william willson his Heirs and assigns for ever all and every
percle  of  Land Lying and being in the Township of Coventry and in windham
County  wich was Set out to us ann abigail & Ruth that was part of the Real
Estate  of  our  Honord Father Frances Willson of Coventry Deceasd and also
three  Seventh  parts of ye thirds of ye Real Estate that was our Sd Honord
fathers  Set  out  to  our  Honord  mother  widow  to our Sd father and now
abigail  Kingsbury  to  have and to hold the Same granted premises with all
the priveleges and appurtenances to the Same
appertning  to  him  the  Sd  william willson his heirs and Assigns to this
only  Proper  use  and  Benefit  forever  and  am we that makes anna Elijah
abigail  &  Ruth  for  our Selves our Heirs Executors and administrators Do
hereby  Covenant  grant  and agree to and with the sd william his heirs and
assigns  that  untill  the  Delivery  hereof  we  the  Sd moses anna Elijah
abigail  &  Ruth  the  Lawful  owners  of the Said Premises and have a good
right  and Fee Simple and have full Power and lawful authority to grant and
Convey  these  Same In manner aforesaid that the Said Primises are free and
Clear  of all and Every Incumbrances whatsoever in witness and Confirmation
hereof  we  the Sd moses anna Elijah abigail and Ruth have hereunto Set our
hands and Seals this 19th Day of June AD 1783
