All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/ct/ctfiles.htm *********************************************** Know all men by these Presents that we Josiah & Christianna Caswell both of Windsor & State of Vermont for and in Consideration of the Sum of Twenty five Pounds Lawfull Money to us in hand paid before the Delivery hereof by John Willson of Coventry in the County of Tolland and State of Connecticut the Receipt whereof we do give grant bargain and by these presents do give grant bargain Sell alien & Releass unto him the Sd John Willson his Heirs and Assigns two certain tracts of percels of land in the Town of Coventry in the County of Tolland and State of Connecticut said land Situate and Bounded as follows (viz) one peace of Land on the Eighteen Acre Lot that the House of lands _____n which peace of Land layeth bestwick that of land which is set out the other of the sd Christianna and that to her Brother James Hauskiks(?) and is Nineteen Rods Laid set the Road and thirteen rods and half rod out the other end Contains Six Acres be the same more or Less and also a piece of Land on the Same farm at the north east corner of Sd farm and is bounded by the Road west of the widow Phebe Hawkins and on the South end Luchresia White land on the East and Ephraim Hutchenson land on the North and contains Two acres and half a __ acres be the Same more or less.
