All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/ct/ctfiles.htm *********************************************** Know all Men by these Presents that I Daniel Kingsbury of Coventry County of Tolland and State of Connecticut for and in Consideration of the Just Sum of One Hundred and Ten Pounds Lawfull Money paid to my full Satisfaction by John Willson of Coventry County & State aforesaid have given granted bargained and Sold to John Willson aforesd his Heirs and Assigns forever two ______ Peices of Land lying in Coventry aforesd containing in all Twenty Seven Acres of land more or less together with a House and Barn thereon Each bounded as followeth (viz) begining at the Southwest corner at the two Highways at a heap of Stones thence runing North Butting on the highway Leading to Tolland line fifty two Rods and five feet to an Heap of Stones thence East butting on land of Noah Porter Heirs Eighteen and a half Rods to a stake and stones thence South butting on land of Amos Avery fifty two rods and five feet to a heap of stones thence west buting on the highway Eighteen and an half Rods to the first mentioned Bounds with A Dwelling House thereon also one other piece of Land Bought of Ameziah Rockwell formerly Owned by Peter Scott Ephraim Kingsbury and Joshua Loomis bounded as follows (viz) begining at the highway adjoining land of Elisha Loomis of Coventry thence Runing South butting on the highway thirty two Rods & one foot to a heap of Stones thence West 3o South to a stake and stones thence North twelve rods and one foot to a stake and stones Sd line Butting on Mr. Badger land thence East 1 1/ 2o North 5 1/2 Rods to a heap of stones adjoining Amos Avery thence East 48 Rods by land of Ephm Kingsbury to A heap of stones thence North twenty Rods to a heap of Stones thence about East Sixty one Rods to the first mentioned Bounds with a barn thereon To have and hold with all the priviledges hereunto belonging to him the Sd Willson his Heirs and assigns forever and I Daniel Kingsbury am the sole owner of the bargained Premises on the death of the date tell the Executry of these presents and have good Right to dispose of the same in manner and form I the sd Daniel Kingsbury do bind myself Heirs and assigns forever to warrant and defend the same from any Just Claims whatsoever in Witness whereof I have hereunto Set my Hand and Seal this 6 Day of September 1791 Signed Sealed and Dd In presence of Reuben Long Daniel Kingsbury S.S.
