To  all People to whom these presents shall come greeting    Know ye that I
William  Wilson  of  Coventry  in  the  County  of  Tolland  and  State  of
Connecticut  in  New  England For and in Consideration of Five Shillings L.
money  to  me in hand paid & by me received to my Full satisfaction of Rust
Willson  of Coventry in the County & State aforesaid Do give grant sell and
Confirm  unto  the  Sd Rust Willson his Heirs and assigns one certain piece
or  Tenement  of  Land  Situate  in  Coventry  aforesd  & Bounded East on a
highway  South  on  my  own  land westerly on my own land or the wall as sd
wall  cross  to  Deacon  Ebenezer  Kingsbury  Land  thence  Easterly  on Sd
Kingsbury  Land  to  the  aforesd Highway Continuing by Estimation fourteen
Rods  To  have  and to Hold the above Granted & bargained Premises with the
Appurtenances  thereof  unto  him the sd Rust Willson his Heirs and assigns
forever  to  his  and  their  own  proper  use and behoof and also I the sd
William  Willson  do  for  my  Self  my  Heirs Executors and Administrators
Covenant  with  the  Sd  Willson  his  Heirs and assigns that at untill the
Ensealing  of  these  Presents  I  am well seized of the Premises as a good
Indefeasible  estate  in fee simple and have good Right to bargain and sell
the  same  in Manner and form as is above written and that the same is free
of  all Incumbrances whatsoever and furthermore I the sd William Willson do
by these Presents bind my self my Heirs forever to warrant and Defend
the  above  granted  and bargained Premises to the sd Willson and his Heirs
and  assigns  against all Claims and Demands whatsoever  In witness whereof
I have hereunto Set my hand and Seal the 23 Day of February AD 1791
