Know  all  Men by these presents that David Rockwell of Coventry County of
Tolland  &  State  of  Connecticut Do for & in Consideration of Sixty four
Pounds  to  me  in  Paid or Secured to be paid by John Willson of Coventry
aforesaid  bargain  with  Sell  & Convey unto Sd John one Certain piece of
land  lying in Coventry aforesaid and Bounded as follows (viz) Begining at
the  highway  leading  from  the country road to Enfield at a Bound in the
line  of  Daniel  Averys  Land  &  runs  West  adjoining Sd Avery Land one
Hundred  and  Sixty  Rods  thence North adjoining Mr. Badgers land Sixteen
rods  thence Easterly adjoining which Sd Wilson bought of Daniel Kingsbury
on  Hundred  & Sixty rods to the highway thence South by the Highway about
twenty  rods  to the first mentioned Bound Containing about Eighteen Acres
&  a  half    To  have and to hold the for his own use & I the Sd David Do
bind  my  self  heirs  &  assigns forever to covenant & Defend the same In
Confirmation  whereof  I have hereunto Set my hand & Seal this 29 Day Novr
