To  all  People  to whom these presents shall come    Greeting  Know that I
John  Willson of Coventry in the County of Tolland and State of Connecticut
for  the  Consideration  of  Two  Hundred  and  fifty  Pounds Lawfull money
Received  to  my  full  satisfaction  of  Eleazer Bingham of Lebanon in the
County  of  Windham  & Sate aforesaid do give grant bargain sell and convey
and confirm unto him the
Bingham  two  certain  tracts  of  peaces  of Land lying in the Township of
Coventry  aforesd  first  Peace contains Thirty Acres with a House and barn
standing  thereon  Bounds as follows (viz) Begining at the Highway a Elijah
White  Esqr  corner  and runing Northerly about fifty three rods to Pitkins
line
thence  East  in  sd Pitkins line about Fifty three rods to sd Bingham land
Deed  of  this  date thence South in Bingham line one Hundred and nine rods
to  the  highway  thence  west about Thirty Six rods to the first mentioned
Bounds    Second  Peace  Containg  ____  five Acres more or less Bounded as
follows  Begining  Daniel  Avery Northeast corner and runs west in sd Avery
line  one  Hundred  Sixty two rods to Badger land thence North twenty eight
rods  to  Amos  Avery land thence Easterly about fifty rods in sd Amos line
thence  South about ______ rods in Ephraim Kingsbury Esqr line thence South
about  Sixteen  rods  thence  East  about Sixty rods in Zebulon R. Willsons
line to the highway
thence  Sixteen rods to the first mentioned Bound  To have and to hold this
granted  and  bargained Premises with the appurtenance thereof unto him the
sd  Bingham  his Heirs and assigns forever to his own proper use and behoof
and  also  the  sd  John  for  my self my Heirs covenant to and with the sd
Bingham  his  Heirs  and  assigns that at and untill the Ensealing of these
presents  I am well seized of the Premises as a good Indefeasible Estate in
fee  Simple and have a good Right to convey the same in as is above written
and  the  same is free of all Incumbrances whatsoever and furthermore I the
sd  John  do  by these presents Bind my self my heirs forever to warrant to
him the sd Bingham
his  heirs  and  assigns against all Claims & Demands whatsoever In witness
whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the 15th Day of March 1792
