To  all People to whom these presents shall come Greeting    Know Ye that I
Amaziah  Rust of Amenia in the County of Dutchess and State of New York for
the  consideration  of  Fifty Six Pounds one Shilling an d Six pence Lawful
money  Received  to  my  full  satisfaction  of Jacob Willson of Tolland in
Tolland  county  and  State  of  Connecticutt  Do give grant bargain sell &
confirm  unto  him  the  sd Jacob one certain tract or percel of land being
and  lying  in  the  Township of Coventry containing fourteen acres and one
Quarter  and  twenty  rods  of  land  Butted  and  Bounded as follows (viz)
Begining  at the Highway at a heap of stones being Dort Waldo(?) Heirs land
and  run  South  about  Twenty  Six  in  sd Heirs line to an heap of stones
thence  West  in sd Heirs line Eighty Eight rods and Seventeen links to the
highway  thence  North  twenty  five  rods  and 23 links in the line of the
highway  thence  East Eighty Eight rods and 17 links to the first mentioned
bounds  Containing  fourteen Acres one Quarter and Twenty rods  To have and
to  Hold  the  above  Granted and bargained Premises with the appurtenances
there  of  to  him  the  sd  Jacob his Heirs and Assigns forever to his and
their  own proper use and Behoof And also I the sd Amaziah Do for myself my
Heirs  Executors  and  Administrators  Covenant with the sd Jacob his Heirs
and  Assigns  that  at  and  untill the Ensealing of the Presents I am well
Seized  of  the  Premises  as  a good indefeasible Estate in fee Simple and
have  good  Right  to  bargain  and  sell the same in Manner and Form as is
above  written  And  that the same is free from all Incumbrances whatsoever
And  furthermore  I  the  said Amaziah Do by these presents bind my self my
Heirs  forever  to  warrant  unto  him  the  sd Jacob Willson his Heirs and
assigns
against  all  Claims  and  Demands  whatsoever    In witness whereof I have
hereunto  set  my  hand  and  Seal  20th  Day  of Novm 1792 Signed Sealed &
Delivered
