To  all People to whom these Presents shall Come Greeting    Know ye that I
Elijah  White  of Bolton in the County Tolland and State of Connecticut For
the  consideration of One Hundred & Sixty Six pounds Lawfull money received
to  my  full  satisfaction of Lieut. John Willson of Coventry in the County
and  State  aforesaid  Do give grant bargain sell and confirm unto the said
John  Willson  his Heirs and assigns forever One Certain peice or parcel of
Land  lying  in  the Town of Coventry aforesd Butted & Bounded as follows (
viz)  Begining  at  the  Northeast Corner of Lemuel Longs home lot and runs
East  about  74 rods to a Highway thence runing South about 104 rods thence
runing  West to the about 33 & 1 Third of a Rod Thence runing North by west
to  the  first  mentioned  Bound  containing about Thirty five acres with a
mantioned  House  & barn standing thereon --- To have and to hold the above
granted  & bargained Premises with the appurtenance thereof unto him the sd
John  Willson his Heirs and assigns forever to his and their own proper use
&  behoof  And  also  I the sd Elijah White do for myself my Heir Executors
Administrators  covenant  with  the  sd  John Willson his Heirs and assigns
that  at  and until the ensealing of these presents I am well seized of the
Premises  as  a Good indefeasible Estate in fee simple and have Good wright
to  bargain  and sell the same in manner and form as above written and that
the  same  is  free of all incumbrances whatsoever And furthermore I the sd
Elijah  White  do  by  these  present  bind  myself and my heirs forever to
warrant  &  Defend  the  above granted and bargained Premises to him the sd
John  Willson  his  Heirs  and  assigns  against  any  Claims  and  Demands
whatsoever  In  witness  whereof  I have hereunto Set my Hand and Seal this
30th Day of May AD 1793
