Know ye that I john Willson of Coventry in the County of Tolland & State of Connecticut for the consideration of One Hundred and Fifty Pounds Lawful Money Received to my full Satisfaction of Doct. Ebenezer Hunt of Coventry in the County & State aforesaid -- Do give, grant, bargain, sell, and confirm unto the said Ebenezer Hunt his Heirs and assigns forever One certain piece of parcel of land Lying in the Town of Coventry aforesaid butted & bounds as follows Viz. Begining at the Northeast corner of Lemuel Long Home lot and runs East about 74 rods to highway thence runing South about 104 rods Thence runing West about 33 rods & one third of a Rod thence runing North by West to the first mentioned Bounds Containing about thirty five acres of land with a Mantion House & barn standing thereon --- To have and to hold, the above granted and bargained Premises, with the Appurtenances thereof, unto him the said Ebenezer Hunt his heirs and assigns forever, to his and their own proper use and Behoof. And also, I the said John Willson do for my self and my Heirs, Executors, and Administrators, covenant with the said Ebenezer Hunt his Heirs and Assigns ; that at and until the ensealing of these Presents I am well siezed of the Premises, as a good indefeasible Estate in Fee-simple, and have good Right to bargain and sell the same in Manner and Form as is above written, and that the same is free of all Incumbrances whatsoever. And furthermore, I the said John Willson do by these Presents, bind myself and my Heirs forever to Warrant and Defend the above granted and bargained Premises to him the said Ebenr Hunt his Heirs and Assigns, against all Claims and Demands whatsoever.
