Know ye that I Andrew Kingsbury of Hartford in the County of Hartford & State of Connecticut for the consideration of one Hundred and ten Pounds Lawful Money Received to my full Satisfaction of Jacob Wilson of Coventry in the County Tolland -- Do give, grant, bargain, sell, and confirm unto the said Wilson three pieces of land lying in Sd Coventry viz one piece containing about ten acres bounded West on Ephraim Kingsbury Land 57 2/3 rods south on Ichabod L. Skinner 20 3/4 rods East on Elias Page Samuel Lillie Eliphalet Carpenter 57 2/3 rods & north 20 3/4 rods on William Wilson's land, one piece containing about fifteen acres bounded West on highway 54 rods North on highway 44 1/2 rods, East on Jesse Cooks land 54 rods, south on William Wilsons & Amos Avery land 44 1/ 2 rods being two pieces of land which I bought of John Grover junr Nov 19th 1785 also one piece containing eight acres being part of a lot of woodland I bought of the heirs of Noah Porter decd July 2d 1792 bounded East on John Ladds land South on Ephraim Kingsbury & Amos Avery's land West on George Bissells land & north on my own land said piece being eighty six rods long East & West of equal width through sufficient to make said eight acres--- To have and to hold, the above granted and bargained Premises, with the Appurtenances thereof, unto him the said Jacob Heirs and Assigns forever, to his and their own proper Use and Behoof. And also, I the said Andrew do for my self and my Heirs, Executors, and Administrators, covenant with the said Jacob his Heirs and Assigns; that at and until the ensealing of these Presents I am well siezed of the Premises, as a good indefeasible Estate in Fee-simple, and have good Right to bargain and sell the same in Manner and form as is above written, and that the same is free of all incumbrances whatsoever. And furthermore, I the said Andrew do by these Present, bind myself & my Heirs forever to Warrant and Defend the above granted and bargained Premises, to him the said Jacob his Heirs and Assigns, against all Claims and Demands whatsoever.
