Wilson & others one certain parcel or piece of land lying in Coventry butted & bounded as follow Viz - Begining at a Stake and Stones on the South side of Rhoda Porters land and runs Southwardly about 32 rods & 11 links to stake & stones thence westwardly about 30 Rods thence Northwardly about 7 rods & 9 links to a stake & stones thence westwardly about 12 rods to a stake & stones thence Northwardly 7 rods 9 links to a stake and stones thence westwardly about 12 rods to a stake & stones thence Northwardly about 25 rods & 11 links to Rhoda Porters land thence Eastwardly about 42 rods to the first mentioned bounds containing about 7 1/2 Acres of land ( NOTE: 1 line repeated in original deed book copy) --- To have and to hold, the above granted and bargained Premises, with the Appurtenances thereof, unto them the said Daniel Loomis Wilson & others their Heirs and Assigns forever, to them and their own proper Use and Behoof. And also, we the said Nathan Strong Joseph Strong Ebenezer Hunt & Anna Hunt do for our selves and our Heirs, Executors, and Administrators, covenant with the said Loomis Wilson & others Heirs and Assigns; that at and until the ensealing of these Presents we are well siezed of the Premises, as a good indefeasible Estate in Fee-simple, and have good Right to bargain and sell the same in Manner and form as is above written, and that the same is free of all incumbrances whatsoever.
