Know ye that I Jacob Willson of Coventry in the County of Tolland & State of Connecticut for the Consideration Sixty five Dollars Received of Medad Loomis of Coventry in the County aforesaid give, grant, bargain, sell, and Confirm unto the said Medad Loomis one certain piece of land lying in Coventry bounded as follows (viz) beginning at the Highway at the Northeast corner of sd Loomis land running westward on sd Medad's line forty rods to a stake & stones thence Southward on sd Medad's line about fourteen rods to a stake & stones thence Westward in sd Medads line about fourteen rods to a stake & stones thence Northward about twenty five rods in the line of Elisha Loomis & Shubael Brewsters land to a stake & stones thence Eastward sixty one rods to the Highway thence South Eight rods to the first mentioned bounds. Containing four Acres one quarter & eight rods of land. To Have and to Hold the above granted and bargained premises, with the appurtenances thereof, unto him the said Medad Loomis his heirs and assigns forever, to his and their own proper use & behoof. And also, I the said Jacob Willson do for myself my heirs, executors, and administrators, covenant with the said Medad Loomis his heirs and assigns; that at and untill the ensealing of these presents I am well seized of the premises as a good indefeasible Estate in fee-simple, and have good right to bargain and sell the same in manner and form as is above written, and the same is free of all incumbrances whatsoever. And furthermore, I the said Jacob do by these presents bind myself and my heirs forever quit claim the above granted and bargained premises to him the said Medad his heirs and assigns.
