Know  all  men  by  these  presents  that  I George Holckins of Coventry in
Consideration  of ye Sum of Four Hundred Pounds Money to me in hand paid or
secured  in  ye Law Before ye ensealing hereof by Samuell Rust of ye Town &
County  above  Said the Receipt whereof I do acknowlidg & my Self therewith
Contented  have  by  these  presents Given Granted Bargined Sold Convayed &
Confirmed  unto  him ye Said Saml Rust his heirs exers & admrs for ever one
Certain  Tract or percle of Land lying Near the west part of ye Township of
Coventry  being one Hundred Acres be it more or be it Less butted & bounded
as  foloweth  (viz) 	begining northwest or north upon Land that belonged to
John  Colman  Southeast upon a highway Southwest or west on a highway North
east  or  east  on Land now belongin to Samuell Parker Juner & Noah Rust or
however  otherwise  bounded  According  to  Coventry Records which Tract of
Land  is  one  Hundred  Acres & is Laid out to ye both homlott in No and sd
Land  is  in  Length  easterly  &  westerly  eight  school Rods & in Bredth
Southardly  &  Northardly  five  School  Rods To have & to hold ye above sd
premises  with  all  ye  privilidges & appurtenances there unto Belongin to
him  ye  Said Samuell Rust his heirs & assigns for ever & I the said George
Holckins  for me & my Heirs executrs & admirs do Covenant promis & Grant to
&  with  sd Saml Rust his heirs & assigns that before ye ensealing of these
presents  I  am the True & Sole owner of ye above Bargained Premises & I do
promis  &  engage  to  warrant Secure & Defend the said Bargained & _______
Grant  of  Land  to  him the Said Rust his heirs & assigns for ever against
the  Claims or Demands of any person or persons whatso ever In Confirmation
whereof  I  have hereunto Set my hand & Seall this Twenty fifth Day of Sept

mentioned  In  this  Deed  was mentioned Rong & Shold have ben Said on Land
Called Mr Meachams which is Claimed by Mr. Brown

acknowlidged  ye a bove Written Instrument to be his free volentary act and
Deed before me Joseph Strong Justice of ye peice
