Mark D. Bailey





Mark D. Bailey, 47, of Columbia, died suddenly on Friday, April 27, 2001, at 

Windham Community Hospital.



Born in Morristown, N.J., he most recently lived in Columbia under the loving 

care of the staff of Sunrise Northeast.



Mark is survived by his parents, Eugene M. and Nancy Bailey of South Windsor; 

his sisters, Michele Hollick, Patricia Atmore, and Barbara J. Bailey; his 

brothers, Eugene Bailey Jr., Daniel C. Bailey, and David P. Bailey; three 

stepsisters, Barbara Kautz, Jodi Waldron, and Mary Beth Marotto; his stepbrother, 

John J. Kautz; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his mother, 

Joan (Quigley) Bailey.



A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Thursday, May 3, at 

St. James Church, Main Street, Manchester. Burial will be private.



There are no calling hours.



John F. Tierney Funeral Home, Manchester, has charge of arrangements.



In lieu of flowers, Mark's family requests memorial donations be made to Sunrise 

Northeast Group Home, 474 Route 87, Columbia, CT 06237.
