She was born in Vernon and lived here for 35 years. She was employed at Finast Bakery, East Hartford, and the Bennet Junior High School cafeteria. She leaves a daughter, Marie Walsh, with whom she made her home; a brother, Thomas O'Hara of Wethersfield and Essex; four grandchildren, Michael Walsh and Kevin Walsh of Manchester, David Walsh of West Hartford and John Walsh of Bolton; and five great-grandchildren. The funeral was to be held at Tierney Funeral Home, 219 W. Center St., and at the Church of the Assumption. Burial was to be in St. Bernard Cemetery, Vernon.
