ADAIR. At the residence of her parents, 8th street, near 8 north, on January 1st, SARAH ELIZABETH, only child of Wm. H. and Margaret Adair, in the 4th year of her age. God takes the beautiful, the best, they are but lent, not given; He sets His jewels on His breast, That they may shine in heaven. The funeral will leave the Wesley Chapel Mission, 9th and 8 streets north, on Thursday, (her birthday.) January 3rd, at 3 o'clock p.m., and proceed to Glenwood Cemetery. Pumphrey, aged 9 months and 10 days. Another little lamb has gone To dwell with him who gave; Another quiet happy home Is shadowed by a grave. God needed one more angel child Amid his shining band, And so he bent with loving smile And clasped your Freddie's hand.
