Smith died at Hyattsville yesterday morning. Mrs. Smith’s maiden name was Birge. She was born in 1833 and was sixty-three years of age at the time of her death. She married Mr. F. A. Smith in Washington and had lived for many years in Hyattsville. Her husband, three sons, Frank B., E. Quincy, and Louis, and a daughter, Mrs. A. R. Hodden, survive her. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church of Hyattsville. The funeral services will be held at 11 o’clock on Wednesday. Y., yesterday filed in the Probate Court an assignment of his interest in the estate of the late John D. Monell, transferring the same to J. B. Larner, for the benefit of creditors here. Nathaniel Coleman is to have $2,500; Mary J. Beyea, $2,800; Thomas E. Banker, $1,200, and Miss Sarah E. Drake, $2,500. If there is anything left, George T.
