On Tuesday, August 8, 1967, at Doctor's Hospital, Carl H. Edmonston, beloved 
husband of Elsie K. Edmonston; father of Mrs. Arlene Cox, Mrs. Shirley R. 
Coffey of Menlo Park, Calif., Mrs. Carol J. Ritter of Burlingame, Calif., and 
Carl H. Edmonston, Jr.; brother of Mrs. Ruth Newhall of Deep Creek Lake, Md.  
Eight grandchildren also survive.  Friends may call at Joseph Gawlers Sons, 
Wisconsin Ave at Harrison St NW, on Wednesday, from 2-4 and 7-9 pm, where 
services will be held on Thursday, August 10, at 10 am.  Interment Fort 
Lincoln Cemetery.
