Body is found by Constable. Electrician Employed at Local Theater Believed to Have Expired from Hemmorrhage of Lungs Alexandria, Va., Oct 9.-- William H. Houston, about twenty-four years old, an electrician at the Gayety Theater, Washington, dropped dead shortly after 5 o'clock this afternoon at New Alexandria. Death was due to hemorrhage of the lungs. The body was found by Constable B. Foley, of Fairfax County, Justice T. B. Wright was notified and the remains were removed to Wheatley's undertaking establishment, where an inquest will be held to-morrow morning. It is supposed that Houston was travelling across a field to board an electric train for Washington. The spot where the body was found is near the river, between the car tracks and the old powerhouse of the Washington, Alexandria and Mount Vernon Railway Company. Houston was well dressed and had $26 in his pocket and wore a watch and chain and signet ring. He was a son of John H. Houston and lived with his parents at 415 Sixth street northwest, Washington, and was unmarried. Following the inquest to-morrow morning the body will be turned over the Undertaker A G Fry and taken to his home in Washington and prepared for burial. His father came to Alexandria to-night to arrange for sending the body back to Washington. When Houston left home this morning he was in his usual health and did not complain of feeling ill. He was a member of the electrician's union, of Washington.
