Collins Administrator of all and singular the goods and chattels, rights and credits which were of Benjamin Collins, late of East Dover Hundred and County aforesaid, deceased, Respectfully Represents: That the said Benjamin Collins died intestate on or about the ninth day of January A.D. 1885 being seized in his demesne, as of fee, of the following described real estate, to wit: all that certain lot piece or parcel of ground with a one and a half story frame dwelling House therein erected, Situated at Dinahs corner in east Dover Hundred Kent County and State of Delaware, adjoining lands of Stephen Walker, lands formerly of Charles Brown and lands of the heirs of John Taylor deceased and others and certain about 3 acres of the same more or less. That Said deceased left to survive him Catharine Collins (his widow) and James H. (W?) Collins, Levi Collins, Benjamin F. Collins (your Petitioner), Mary M. Bradley, Rebecca P. Fisher, children and heirs at law of said deceased, and Louisa(?) Collins a Grand Daughter of said deceased as only heirs-at-law. (filed March term, 1885)
