DE Orphans Court Petitions of 

The Petition of John W. Graham respectfully represents:

That he is the father of Kate C. Graham, one of the grandchildren of John 
Reynolds deceased; that she is entitled to $54.52 out of the proceeds of the 
sale of the Real estate of the said John Reynolds, deceased, and has no real 
estate. That she is a minor under the age of fourteen years, to wit:  about 
seven years, and has no guardian; your petitioner therefore prays the Court to
appoint him the Guardian of said minor, agreeably to the directions of the Act 
of Assembly in such case made and provided.
