That said Daniel Boyer and Sarah Williams were married in Kent County in the State of Delaware about the year 1784 or 1785. The precise time, month or day she does not now recollect, but feels fully satisfied it was not later than 1785. They were married by a Justice of the peace at his own house, but she does not now recollect his name. That she the said deponent and John Chambers her husband were present at the Wedding the said John Chambers being now deceased and that for some time previous to the marriage of the said Daniel Boyer & Sarah his wife and also for some time after the said marriage. This deponent and her husband lived in the same house with the said Daniel and Sarah in said Kent county in the State of Delaware and the afterwards removed together from that place about the year 1790 or 1791 to Aleghany County in the State of Maryland. And that afterwards in the year 1805 or 1806 this deponent with her husband and family removed to Muskingum County in the State of Ohio. That said Daniel Boyer his wife and family also removed to Muskingum County in the State of Ohio about the year 1808 or 1809. Deponent believes that said Daniel Boyer was a soldier in the Revolutionary War for which service she understands he drew a Pension from the United States for some years previous to his death. Deponent further states that Daniel Boyer and his family and her own family have for the most of the time during their lives resided neat to each other. About six years since deponent with her family removed to Logan County Ohio. Some of her children settling in County still further North. Since that time deponent has no personal knowledge of the situation of the Boyer family, but she hears from them frequently. That said Daniel and Sarah continued to reside together up to the time of his death and they have raised a large family of children. That she knows the said Sarah Boyer to be the widow of the said Daniel Boyer, that she has every reason to believe and does fully believe that said Sarah Boyer has not been married to any other man since the death of her late husband Daniel Boyer.
