In Manner following that is to say first I give and bequeath unto my son John Brown him and his heirs for ever all that Track of Land marsh and (???) lying on the Creek that I bought of John Paradee Part of Aberdeen. I also give and bequeath unto my Son Benjamin Brown my dwelling house and plantation which I bought of Mary Grewwell being part of Aberdeen him and his heirs forever. I also give and bequeath unto my Son Jonathan Brown him and his heirs for ever All that track of land part of Aberdeen I bought of George Gordon formerly belong to Peter Lewrux(?) I also gave and bequeath unto my daughter Rebeka Brown now Smith one Cow and Calf and Also I do herby order that in case any of my Sons should dy before they come to the age of twenty or without issue of their body Lawfully begotten that their Lands and tennements shall decend to and Belong Equally among their five sisters Namely Rachel Brown Mary Brown Miraam Brown Seula Brown and Susanna Brown to them and their heirs for Ever. I also give and bequeath unto my Dear and Well Beloved Wife a negro girl Nameed Jude during her widowhod. In Case she marry the aforesaid Jude shall belong and decend unto my dear little daughter Susanna Brown and her heirs for Ever and further and Further I Do hereby Order that out of my Movable Estate All my Just Debts to be paid and my Wife having her third part that then the Remainer be Equal Divided Among my three Boys and five Girls Above Mentioned. I also give out of my Movable Estate unto Ann B---- and Elizabeth Howell Each of them five pounds a piece. I do hereby order that my Sons be of Age at twenty Years this I Acknoledge to be my last Will and Testament as witness my hand and seal this Sixteenth Day of July 1767.
