Therefore calling to mind the mortality of my body and knowing that it is appointed for all flesh onse to die, do make and or give this my last will and testamony. That is to say prinsaply & first of all I give and recommend my soul to God that gave it and as for my body I recommend it to the yearth to be buried in Christian like manner at the descretion of my executor and as tacking such wordly goods whereforth it has bin pleaserd God to indew me with, I give & dispose of by form and maner following. . VIRT: IMPRIMOUS I give and bequeath to my son Curtis Brinkle all that trackt of land and plantation whereon I now dwell being part of a tract of land called Stratham togeather with all houses and appurtanances their unto belonging or in any ways appertaining to him and his heirs & assigns forever. ITAM. I give and bequeath to my sd son Curtis Brinkle one negro called Cate and one negro called SaIl on condition of his paying twenty pounds to my three youngist children Vz"d. Daniel, William and Elizabeth. ITAM. I give and bequeath to my son Peter Brinckle that trackt and plantation called Lober's Choice the wich I lately bought of Michal Lober, Junr and is the same which my sd sone Peter is now in possession of with all the houses and appurtanances their unto belonging or any way appertanances to him and his heirs and assigns forever. ITAM. I give and bequeath to my sd son Peter Brinkle one negro woman called Miriam and one negro called Hannah and one Bible with silver clasps. My will is that my sd sone Peter shall keep the child clear of cost that sucketh the negro woman Miriam one year. ITAM. I give and bequeath to my sone Richard Brinckle all and singularly them two trackts of land and plantations lying in Kent county and in Maspellion Hundred on the Murder Creek contayning in the two trackts three hundred akers with all the appurtanances their unto belonging to him my sd son Richard his heirs and assigns forever. ITAM. I give and bequeath to my sd son Richard Brinkle one negro called Robin & one negro called Sebinah on condition of his paying twenty pounds to my three youngist children VDZ: Daniel. William and Elizabeth. ITAM. I give and bequeath to my sone Daniel Brinkle one negro called Prince & one negro called Abagill. ITAM, I give and bequeath to my son Wm. Brinckle one negro called Tony & one negro called Rose & one flat dish and one supe dish with one fether bed & furniture sutable their unto. ITAM. I give and bequeath to my daughter Elizabeth Brinckle one negro called Dinah & one negro called Lidy with one chest of draws & one black tin quorts and one black ten inch bole and all my waring cloaths. (Inserted) two puter dishes flat one and supe one. ITAM. I give and bequeath to my three sons vzdt: Curtis & Peter & Richard my loom and tacklin their unto belonging to equally devidied among them. ITAM. My will is that all the remainder of my estate after my lawful debts are payed shall be and remain to my three youngist children vzdt: Daniel Brinckle, William Brinckle & Elizabeth Brinkle every of them in perpotion according to the appraisment. ITAM. My will is that if either of my three last mentioned children die before they arive to lawfull age or marry that their part of portion shall be and remain to my two youngist children. ITAM. I will that if my three youngist children have a mind to any part of my hous hold goods that they may have the liberty of haveing them without paying And lastly I do hereby constitute and appoynt my son Richard Brinckle whole and sole executor of this my last will and testament notifying & by those presents makeing null & void all other former will or wills. Testament or testaments by me heretofore made or declared either by word or writeing and this dewly to be taken for my last and none other. In testamony where of I have there unto set my hand and fixed my seall the day and year above sd. The two dishes to Elizabeth was in ----------ed before -------. Elizaeth Brinckle as her last will and testament in the presence of John Brinckle Ruth Brinkle, Susanna Brinckle Kent supo-- Delaware personally came John Brinckle. Ruth Brinckle & Susanna Brinckle giving to me this will & on their respective oath & affirmation say they saw Eliz.
